DAVIDS STORM

Durring the actual storm i was plowing driveways with my uncle. we went out at about 6 when trees where just starting to fall and it was like a blizzard out. by about 9 oclock we made the decision it was way to dangerous to be out we were driving under and over and around trees. so we started to head home and one road was blocked, then another, and another, and finaly we were on the last possible way to get home, and a tire popped. a freak accident the valve stem ripped off. we came to a stop on the side of the road right next to a group chainsawing a large tree off the road. right before i got out of the truck i heard a loud crack right above me. and 2 large limbs fell on the front of the truck, about 5 feet from hitting me. finaly we walked to the fire station and my dad picked us up in our F150 and we made it home. i went back and forth from my house keeping ity warm and cleaning up to my cousins house that had a generater. i spent the first couple of days clearing trees off peoples driveways that were trapped, and needed to get out. then around day 4 or 5 i started working with my othe runcle when he got back. we spent all day every day for the rest of the brake chainsawing and chipping trees.
