October Blizzard of 2011

so just before the storm started on saturday, i got new backpack to replace my piece'o'crap old one and i was eatin at panera with my friend. we chilled at his place n the power was out, it wasn't bad. we shoveled the next day n i went home in the afternoon. i had a generator at home so it wasnt that bad, but there was like 8 extra people staying at my house who didn't hav power. we got power back the tuesday right after the storm. people stayed at my house till they got power on the weekend after, but it was fun playing Risk (aka the best boardgame ever) like 10 times. that saturday after, i had to clean up all the trees at my girlfriends house, on a uphill :(
